1. Service
PlainFix provides automated accessibility scanning of a web page URL you submit. Results may include axe-core findings and suggested code-level fixes generated with AI. The service is provided for informational and remediation guidance purposes.
2. No legal or compliance guarantee
PlainFix does not claim that your site is ADA compliant, WCAG certified, or legally compliant in any jurisdiction. Scan results are not a substitute for a professional accessibility audit or legal advice. You remain responsible for your website and how you use the report.
3. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs you are authorized to scan. Do not use the service to probe private networks, attack systems, or scan sites without permission. We may refuse or limit scans that appear abusive or unsafe.
4. Accuracy of suggestions
Automated tools and AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every suggested fix before applying it to production code. PlainFix is not liable for damages arising from reliance on scan output.
5. Free and paid reports
Free scans and paid full reports may differ in how many fix suggestions are shown and whether PDF download is included. Pricing and entitlements may change; the checkout flow will describe what you are purchasing at the time of payment.
6. Contact
For questions about these terms, payments, access codes, or reports, use Contact us in the site header (include the email you used at checkout) or email the support address published with PlainFix. See also our Privacy page.
